Protein backbone generation
Native integration with RFdiffusion3, from Rosetta. Like with other third-party tools, this can be quickly installed or uninstalled into a portable location using the Tools window.
Select an official preset for a quick start, or enter constraints in the form, including from opened small molecules, nucleic acids, and proteins. The resulting backbone is output as a .mmCif file available for saving to disk, and opening directly in Molchanica. See the RFdiffusion3 documentation for details.
Use the Tools window to verify if RFD3 is installed, and install (or uninstall it) if not. Use the RFD3 button from the main window to run it.
